Geodis Wilson is the result of the merger between Geodis Overseas, the air and sea freight arm of the Geodis Group, and TNT Freight Management, formerly known as Wilson Logistics, a 164-year-old company with Scandinavian roots.
Geodis Wilson has inherited the best of both worlds: a global network, a drive for growth, the desire to develop services that work, and a 'can-do' mentality when we partner with customers.
As of January 3, 2008, the Geodis Group has formally acquired Rohde & Liesenfeld (R&L), a German-based international air and sea freight forwarding group, to be merged into the Geodis Wilson division, read the full press release here.
